On Sunday, March 2, former Roxboro Community High School standout Carver Pleasant’s current college team, the UNC Wilmington Seahawks, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Liberty Flames.

The game took place at Bill Brooks Field. This was their third matchup against the Flames this season.

The Seahawks’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 6 p.m. at M. L. Tigue Moore Field at Russo Park against Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns.
