On Friday, April 4, former Bunn High School standout Derrick Wade’s current college team, the Chowan Hawks, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Shorter Hawks.
The game took place at Hawkins Field. This was their second matchup against the Hawks this season.
The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at Hawkins Field against Shorter Hawks.
