On Saturday, March 15, former Franklinton High School standout Morgan Strickland’s current college team, the Longwood Lancers, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Winthrop Eagles.

The game took place at Terry Field. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Lancers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 1 p.m. at Terry Field against Winthrop Eagles.
