On Friday, March 28, former Franklinton High School standouts Landon Heller and Nick Reiss’ current college team, the Chowan Hawks, lost 21-9 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Belmont Abbey Crusaders.

The game took place at Abbey Yard. This was their first matchup against the Crusaders this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 12 p.m. at Abbey Yard against Belmont Abbey Crusaders.
