On Friday, March 7, former Bunn High School standout Derrick Wade’s current college team, the Chowan Hawks, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Southern Wesleyan Warriors.

The game took place at Dr. C Keith Connor Field. This was their first matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6:30 p.m. at Dr. C Keith Connor Field against Southern Wesleyan Warriors.
