City of Roxboro recently issued the following announcement.
Planning Board Meeting
Date:01/04/2021 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
The City of Roxboro Planning Board will meet Monday, January 4th at 6pm to review a rezoning request for a vacant parcel on Old Durham Road. The property is identified by the Person County Tax Map and Parcel number 99 15. The property owner has submitted a request to rezone the parcel from I-2 Industrial to B-1 Commercial. The meeting will be open to the public, but because of COVID-19 gathering restrictions, it will only be available online. A link will be provided soon (here and on the City's social media pages) to access the meeting.
