County of Person issued the following announcement on Sep 11.
Early voting will take place in the Board of Elections Office, 331 S. Morgan St., Roxboro, Sept. 16-Oct. 2. (weekdays: 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. and weekends: Sunday, Sept. 26 (1-4 p.m.) and Saturday, Oct. 2 (8 a.m.-3 p.m.))
Election Day voting will take place at the Person County Office Building Auditorium, 304 S. Morgan St. Roxboro. Election Day is Oct. 5, and the polls will be open from 6:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Absentee by Mail Voting is available. For questions about this or any other election information, please call the Elections Office at 336-597-1727.
Note for Voters: This is a city election, not a county-wide election. So, only registered voters who live in the city limits are eligible to vote in this election.
