TOWN OF FRANKLINTON: Halloween 2021 Guidelines

Guidelines

Town of Franklinton issued the following announcement on Oct. 29.

Halloween falls on Sunday, October 31st and we know some residents have questioned if we would still have trick-or-treating due to it being on a Sunday this year.

Being that this is a national holiday, we fully expect our residents to want to celebrate on that day so we encourage those that would like to partiipate to do so during our usual trick-or-treating hours of 6-8pm on Sunday evening.

Due to COVID, we ask that any residents wishing to pass out candy please do so safely and limit contact with our participants.

As always, we will have police cars out in the area and we look forward to seeing everyone have a safe and fun time this Halloween!!
