Franklin County Parks & Recreation issued the following announcement on Dec. 2.
Register today for our 2021 Christmas Tree Decoration Contest. This is a FREE EVENT. All you have to do is create an account on our RecDesk page and submit a picture of your decorated Christmas Tree with your registration and you are entered in the contest. Deadline to enter is December 13th at 11:59pm.
