Franklin County Schools issued the following announcement on June 8.
We do; come work for Franklin County Schools and get your longevity bonus back. We will honor your previous years of service for those who have been prior FCS employees if you return by September 30, 2022. New employees to FCS will receive a longevity bonus starting at the first step.
0 years -$500
1-5 years - $2,000
6-10 years - $2,500
11-15 years - $3,000
16-20 years - $3,500
21-25 years - $4,000
26 years and up - $4,500
