City of Roxboro issued the following announcement on June 10.
Paving of the North Main Street Lot will begin Monday, June 6th. The lot will be closed to the public Sunday evening. All vehicles should be removed by 6pm on Sunday. Any vehicles remaining after this time will be towed to make sure the lot is clear for work to begin. The commercial dumpster in the lot will be removed during the paving. All businesses and residents should plan to use the large dumpster behind Black Creek Brewery during the paving project. Provided the weather does not cause any delay, the paving should be complete within 4 days’ time, and the lot can open up for the weekend of June 11th.
