On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Roxboro Community High School standout Carver Pleasant’s current college team, the UNC Wilmington Seahawks, lost 8-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Duke Blue Devils.

The game took place at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. This was their first matchup against the Blue Devils this season.

The Seahawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 4 p.m. at Bill Brooks Field against UNC Asheville Bulldogs.
