On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Bartlett Yancey High School standout Hannah Chandler’s current college team, the Elon Phoenix, lost 13-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Carolina Tar Heels.
The game took place at Anderson Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Tar Heels this season.
The Phoenix’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 11 a.m. at Hunt Softball Park against Sacred Heart Pioneers.
