City of Roxboro issued the following announcement on Sep 5.
There is an emergency repair needed to a water main on Younger Road. Crews have contained the area to only affect a small portion of Younger Road and White Oak Drive, but water service will be off in that vicinity for approximately 4 hours for the repairs.
We apologize for the inconvenience. This is an unexpected emergency and crew members have been called in to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
