The following items related to zoning and Subdivision regulations will be discussed:
1) Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance regarding Special Standards for some zoning districts regarding building regulations.
2) Amendment to the Subdivision Ordinance regarding Minimum Lot Size Standards, Dimensions and Setbacks.
3) A rezoning request by Vanessa Vollmer to rezone, a 0.025+1 acre lot, part of a tract identified as 34 Weathersby St., Parcel ID: 000816 from Medium Density Residential [R-2] to Downtown Commercial [C1].
