Franklin County Parks & Recreation issued the following announcement on Oct. 2.
Come on out to Owens Park on October 9th from 11am-2pm for our Fall Food Truck Rodeo. We will have Kings Smoke-N-Soul, Magnificent Concessions, Rescue Dogs & Catering, and Virgil's Jamaica. We will also have Inflatables, Games, and Music. Come on out and enjoy the fun at Owens Parks
